Dulce Tradición is a local bakery and brunch restaurant located within Fiesta at North Star, celebrating the rich and vibrant flavors of Mexico. We proudly serve specialty coffee sourced from Veracruz, Mexico—including lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, and americanos—alongside freshly baked pan dulce such as conchas, rosca de reyes, and pan de muerto, to name a few. In addition to our bakery offerings, we also offer brunch, featuring favorites like chilaquiles (with chicken or beef) along with other authentic Mexican treats. Guests can also enjoy beloved Fiesta classics including chicken on a stick and jalapeño poppers. Fresh pan dulce is baked regularly and pairs perfectly with our Mexican bean coffee drinks.
